We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. SMS Messaging Program

Aguilar CRE operates an SMS messaging program for real estate inquiries, appointment coordination, and, separately, promotional outreach. By providing your phone number and checking the applicable consent boxes on our forms, you authorize Aguilar CRE LLC to text and call that number for the categories you approved, possibly using automated means.

Two consent categories. Consent is collected and enforced separately for each category:

  • Informational and transactional messages: responses to inquiries, deal status updates, appointment confirmations.
  • Promotional messages: market updates, deal alerts, investor opportunities.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Declining either consent category will not prevent you from submitting a form or receiving a response by email or phone about your inquiry.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out of that category at any time. You will receive one final confirmation and no further SMS messages in that category.

Message frequency and rates. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and your ongoing communication with us. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Aguilar CRE is not liable for messages delayed or undelivered due to carrier or coverage limitations.

Eligibility. This service is intended for users 18 years of age and older, located in the United States, with phone numbers issued by U.S. carriers.
